PLASTIC INJECTION
To better serve our customers, Hip Fung has invested in an injection-molding facility which produces the plastic parts used in turnkey products. In this capacity, our engineers are trained to prescreen and analyze designs for possible failure points, minimizing costly product defects before the production process is fully engaged. In addition, this facility also has a spray-paint division in which the plastic parts are decorated with secondary process such as painting, pad or silk-screen printing.
